Fitzgerald Anthony Hudson, 53, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, pleaded guilty Tuesday before Chief U.S. District Chief Judge William M. Skretny. The fraud related to the defendant lying about his qualifications to practice medicine. The charge could carry the prison sentence or a fine of $250,000, or both.
According to prosecutors, while Hudson worked at Jones Memorial, he treated a 5-year-old child who died shortly after treatment. That case is now the subject of an ongoing wrongful death civil suit in state court, prosecutors said….read full article
